Question: Can I return items from an online order?

   

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

Question: Can I purchase Excel products online?

Question: What are the online shipping costs?

When checking out, a drop down list will specify each country we ship to.  Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. All shipping charges will be calculated at the time of ordering.

Question: Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Question: What if I want to purchase in bulk?

If you would like to purchase Excel products in bulk, please fill out the form on the contact page and a representative will be in contact with you shortly. If you are looking to carry the Excel product line in your store, please identify this in the subject line.

Question: Where are Excel products manufactured?

About 60% of Excel's line is manufactured and assembled at our factory in Paterson, New Jersey. In order to deliver cost efficient products to our customers, we also work with suppliers in Pakistan, Taiwan, India and El Salvador. We have been working with our suppliers for over 20 years, and guarantee only the finest quality goods.

Question: What type of payment do you accept?

We accept these payment methods:

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

Shopatron cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
