For the Tropical Summer Garland you will need:
– Excel Blades 24" x 36" Self Healing Cutting Mat
– White Card Paper (220g) for the circle
– A lot of coloured paper (200-220 g) in every shades you want for leaves and flowers
– Excel Blades Yardstick Compass
– Glue
– Sticky 3D foam pads or 3D foam double-sided adhesive tape
– Cord
– Excel Blades Straight Edge Ruler
– Pencil
– Rubber
