All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Excel Blades is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If the package is returned to our warehouse, there will be a bounce back fee.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please note: We only accept returns from items purchased from excelblades.com. If you purchased our products elsewhere, you must bring your receipt and the product to the original store you purchased from.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email info@excelblades.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the word REFUND in the subject line. At Excel Blades we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.
All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund or exchange.

If your product is open, or tampered with when received, please contact your chosen carrier directly. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our facilities.
We do not accept returns from in store purchases. You must return these products to the location you purchased from.
Excel Blades is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. Once it leaves our facilities, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reach out directly to open a claim with the carrier.

The K1 Aluminum Knife Handle is compatible with a variety of blades including #5, #6, #10, #11, #12, #13, #16, #17, #17A, and #21. These blades cover a range of cutting needs, from fine detail work to general cutting tasks.
The K2 Aluminum Knife Handle is versatile and can accommodate the following blades: #2, #18, #19, #19A, #22, #23, #24, #26, #27, and #28. Additionally, it is compatible with 20710, 20720, 20730, and 20740 routers, providing a wide range of cutting options for various applications.

Similarly, the K2, K5, K18, and K26 also have corresponding safety caps available through the same "Replacement Knife Safety Caps" page.
Excel Blades typically does not sell individual replacement parts. Instead, we request customers to provide images of the damaged tool to confirm it is an Excel Blades product. If it is, we will often send the customer a new tool or the necessary replacement part.
The process for changing blades may differ for each Excel Blades knife. You should refer to the specific instructions provided with the knife you purchased or contact Excel Blades for guidance on blade replacement for your particular model.
If customers have concerns about the authenticity of Excel Blades products purchased on Amazon, Excel Blades asks for images of the purchased items and follows up with customers to address any authenticity concerns and ensure they receive genuine Excel Blades products.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed. Please note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order, or due to weather conditions. For customers selecting 1- Day Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 1pm EST to leave the same day Monday - Thursday.
