SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates depend on your selected shipping method at checkout. For orders under $25, we offer standard economy shipping for just $5.99, with delivery period within 5–8 business days.

Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping!

Excel Blades is proud to service our customers from all over the world. All pricing on our site is in USD and the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction. 

International usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs processing times. 

Note: International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any return shipping charges if the package is refused. Excel Blades is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. A bounce back fee is issued if the package is returned to our warehouse.

Track your order using the tracking number emailed to you once your order ships. For updates, contact your shipping carrier directly.


Note: Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it is no longer in our possession and is under the care of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.).

Excel Blades ships products to Canada. Customers located in Canada can order items directly from the website.

If you still have not received your package after 2 business days, please contact your local post office directly to open a case with the tracking number. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages, please contact USPS directly. If the package is marked as Delivered, but you did not receive it, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until a carrier investigation determines it was misdelivered or lost after delivery.

ORDERS

If your order was placed through Amazon, please get in touch with Amazon Customer Service for issues related to your order. This includes questions about shipping, tracking, returns, or refunds.

Amazon handles the entire order process—including payment, fulfillment, and customer support—for purchases made on their platform. Because of this, we are unable to access or modify your Amazon order in any way.

Most wholesale orders ship in 2 business days or less. We maintain high-volume inventory, low $100 minimums, and offer fast account approvals.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed.

Please note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order, or due to weather conditions.

For customers selecting 1- Day Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 1pm EST to leave the same day Monday - Thursday. 

Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an additional e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.

You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours. 

Excel Blades ships products to Canada. Customers located in Canada can order items directly from the website.

We do not have stores domestically or internationally, but we work with many partner stores that carry our product. Please reach out to us to see if Excel Blades products are available in your country!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Packages can take up to three
weeks or more
to be delivered. Please continue to monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.

Not necessarily. Once a package leaves the US, tracking updates may pause until it reaches your country and is processed by your local postal service. This is normal and does not mean the package is
lost.

Once your order is in transit, USPS or
your local postal carrier is the best point of contact
for movement updates. You can reach USPS directly through their International Help Page or by contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to
international postal systems or customs departments. We recommend you contact
USPS or your country’s postal carrier directly for detailed updates, as they
will have the most accurate tracking and delivery information once the package
leaves the U.S.

Once an international order leaves the United States, it is transferred to your
country’s postal system and is no longer under our control. Delivery
times and handling vary depending on local customs and postal regulations.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered international shipments once they have been accepted by USPS.

If your package appears lost, please contact USPS or your local postal carrier directly to file an inquiry or claim. You can start a Missing Mail Search here.

It’s possible, yes. Any order placed for delivery outside of the United States could
result in custom charges or import duties. The recipient of the package will need to pay any applicable charges prior to receiving their goods. As we don’t have control over these charges we are unable to advise what the cost may be.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Excel Blades will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.excelblades.com within 30 days of purchase.

We only accept returns from items purchased from excelblades.com. If you purchased our products from other vendors and marketplaces, you must bring your receipt and the product to the original store you purchased from.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email info@excelblades.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the word REFUND in the subject line. In the email body, indicate the order number and reason for return.

All items must be in their original packaging. Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund or exchange.

You will receive an email once the item/s are received and reviewed. We will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping.

Please contact your chosen carrier directly if your product is opened or tampered with upon receipt. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our facilities.

*Note: Excel Blades is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Excel Blades is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. Please be mindful that some shipping carriers, such as USPS, do not offer tracking on particular shipping methods (Visit https://www.usps.com/ to learn more).

We do not accept returns from in-store purchases. You must return these products to the location you purchased from. 

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact the shipping provider directly to open a claim.

Excel Blades is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping for all returns.

An automatic email order confirmation will be sent to you once an order has been placed successfully.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY & BLADE INFO

The K1 Aluminum Craft Knife Handle is compatible with a variety of blades, including #5, #6, #10, #11, #12, #13, #16, #17, #17A, and #21.

These blades cover a range of cutting needs, from fine detail work to general cutting tasks.

The K2 Aluminum Craft Knife Handle is versatile and can accommodate the following blades: #2, #18, #19, #19A, #22, #23, #24, #26, #27, and #28.

Additionally, it is compatible with 20710, 20720, 20730, and 20740 routers, providing a wide range of cutting options for various applications.

This is required for products sold in California—even for safe levels. Our tools comply with REACH standards and are distributed worldwide.

A Proposition 65 warning informs a consumer that s/he is being exposed to carcinogens or reproductive toxins that exceed certain threshold levels. This is not the same as a regulatory decision that a product is "safe" or "unsafe." It is up to the consumer to decide whether to accept, avoid, or take measures to mitigate the exposure risk.

Excel Blades typically does not sell individual replacement parts. Instead, we request customers to provide images of the damaged tool to confirm it is an Excel Blades product. If it is, we will often send the customer a new tool or the necessary replacement part.

For damaged tools, email photos to info@excelblades.com—we may send you a replacement if the product is authentic.

The process for changing blades may differ for each Excel Blades knife. You should refer to the specific instructions provided with the knife you purchased or contact Excel Blades for guidance on blade replacement for your particular model.

If customers have concerns about the authenticity of Excel Blades products purchased on Amazon, Excel Blades asks for images of the purchased items and follows up with customers to address any authenticity concerns and ensure they receive genuine Excel Blades products.
