Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it is no longer in our possession and is under the care of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.). You will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your package directly with the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the information below:

We offer a range of shipping options with different carriers so the cost is dependent on your choice and preference at checkout.

For all orders under $15.00 (USD), "Economy" shipping is offered as an option for $5.00 (USD). The expected arrival time is 5-8 business days.

All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.  Excel Blades is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If the package is returned to our warehouse, there will be a bounce back fee.

We do not accept returns from in-store purchases. You must return these products to the location you purchased from. 

Excel Blades will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.excelblades.com within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email info@excelblades.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the word REFUND in the subject line. At Excel Blades we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.

All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.

Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund or exchange.
