• What is your return policy?

    • Please note: We only accept returns from items purchased from excelblades.com. If you purchased our products elsewhere, you must bring your receipt and the product to the original store you purchased from. 
    • Excel Blades will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.excelblades.com within 30 days of purchase. 
    • To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email info@excelblades.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the word REFUND in the subject line. At Excel Blades we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.
    • All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
    • Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund or exchange.

    • *Note: Excel Blades is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Excel Blades is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
    • Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.
  • What is your return policy for products purchased in store?

    We do not accept returns from in store purchases. You must return these products to the location you purchased from.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?

    Yes, we do! Please click the wholesale tab on our Homepage for more information on how you can become a wholesale customer.
  • Will I get an order confirmation?

    When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order.
  • How will my order be shipped?

    All shipping is currently being handled through the Fedex. Please note the cost of shipping will depend on the shipping location and the weight of the order.
  • How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?

    Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an additional e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.
