I recently purchased a new excel craft knife because I purchased on from a local hobby store and I lost the plastic cap that goes over the blade. Because of this I remove the blade every time I am done with it. While I was on the website I saw the knife I was looking for plus my new favorite knife I have ever used for modeling . I am unsure of the name of it. But it is the knife that has a finger hole in it. A really great tool you can give to some one who doesn't know what it is and they intuit how to hold and use it. Think of a hammer, that is what this knife is. It is a very comfortable knife for daily use. That being said the other knife I bought is really good that is why I got a second one. However maybe good news is the cap on the knife 2 hasn't been removed yet.

Even though I just received this item, I haven't tried it out yet, but it looks and feels like it will be used a lot as I continue to build scale RC WWII balsa kit airplanes.
As someone with chronic pain due to hypermobile joints, the structure of this blade handle is a game changer. I don't have to clutch anything for dear life and tighten muscles that ought not to be. It's lightweight still, but fits over the index finger easily and provides that extra stability, so it's almost just like tracing your finger along the outline of whatever you're cutting. I'm honestly so glad I found this product! I don't often write reviews
Honestly I have not had a chance to use it yet. The only reason I’m writing this is so Excel might realize repeatedly sending review reminder emails is annoying. Now I’m going to go and unsubscribe.
OMG!! This is the best craft knife for me. It's ergonomic design is the best. I love how it fits perfectly in my hand and the perfect cuts it gives. Thanks to An TheUselessCrafter for recommending it.

I have always loved the Excel Blade with the pink handle so I had to give this one a try! It is awesome - all the benefits of the pink blade but with even greater control!
Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet, as I just received it today. It arrived much sooner than I expected. But I've seen it being used, which is why I ordered mine. It's so convenient and easy to use, I just had to have one of my own.
It's one of those things you never knew you needed until you get one and start using it. I bought it because it looks cool but once I used it I was hooked
