Shipping Policy
At Excel Blades, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service for your order. Here’s a detailed look at our shipping process:


Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:
• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM
• Order Handling Time: 1-3 for  Business days
• Transit Time: 5-10 Business days
• Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time is 7 -10 for US locations. International locations may take 10-30 business days or longer.


Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your 
order.


Shipping Carrier:
We partner with USPS / UPS / FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery.


Shipping Locations:
We offer shipping across the USA and worldwide, with the exception of 
Russia, India, North Korea, Venezuela, and Burma.


Shipping Fee:
Shipping costs are $5.99 per lb within the USA and $12.99 per lb for international orders.

 

Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking can sometimes pause or show no movement for several days, especially during carrier delays or when packages are in transit between facilities. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s lost. Please
allow up to 7 business days from the ship date for USPS First Class or Priority Mail before reporting a missing package.


Delays
We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the courier directly.

 

Missing or Lost Packages:

Track your order using the tracking number emailed to you once your order ships. For updates, contact your shipping carrier directly. Note: Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it is no longer in our possession and is under the care of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.).

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the information below:

Occasionally, carriers scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors.
  2. Looking around porches, side doors, mailrooms, or parcel lockers.
  3. Waiting 1–2 business days - USPS often completes delivery within that time.

If you still have not received your package after 2 business days, please contact your local post office directly to open a case with the tracking number. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages, please contact USPS directly. If the package is marked as Delivered, but you did not receive it, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until a carrier investigation determines it was misdelivered or lost after delivery.

 

International Delivery

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Packages can take three weeks or more to be delivered. Please continues to monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.

Once your order is in transit, USPS or your local postal carrier is your best point of contact for movement updates. You can reach USPS directly through their International Help Page or by contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered international shipments once they have been accepted by USPS. If your package appears lost, please contact USPS or your local postal carrier directly to file an inquiry or claim. You can start a Missing Mail Search here.

Any order placed for delivery outside of the United States could result in custom charges or import duties. The recipient of the package will need to pay any applicable charges prior to receiving their goods. As we don’t have control over these charges we are unable to advise what the cost may be.
