Please note: We only accept returns from items purchased from excelblades.com. If you purchased our products elsewhere, you must bring your receipt and the product to the original store you purchased from.
Excel Blades will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.excelblades.com within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the word REFUND in the subject line. At Excel Blades we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.
All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund or exchange.

Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.
- If your product is open, or tampered with when received, please contact your chosen carrier directly. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our facilities.
My package has not arrived, what is going on?
Unfortunately, starting on October 1, 2021, the postal service's current three-day delivery standard for first-class mail — letters, bills, tax documents and the like —dropped to delivery anywhere within the U.S. within five days or even longer depending on the sorting facility. This is made worse by the holiday rush as well. Since packages take time to be processed at the sorting facility, it’s not unusual to receive this status for up to 48 hours. If it persists beyond that, please contact USPS customer care, so they can help you know exactly where the package is.

What is your return policy for products purchased in store?
We do not accept returns from in store purchases. You must return these products to the location you purchased from.

Our website often has coupon codes when you first enter the website. You will receive coupon codes automatically by signing up for our news letter on excelblades.com. Will I get an order confirmation?
When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order.

Excel Blades is proud to service our customers from all over the world! All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Excel Blades is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If the package is returned to our warehouse, there will be a bounce back fee.
How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed. Please note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order, or due to weather conditions. For customers selecting 1- Day Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 1pm EST to leave the same day Monday - Thursday. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an additional e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours. Why does my product have a Prop 65 warning on the back?
A Proposition 65 warning informs a consumer that s/he is being exposed to carcinogens or reproductive toxins that exceed certain threshold levels. This is not the same as a regulatory decision that a product is "safe" or "unsafe." It is up to the consumer to decide whether to accept, avoid, or take measures to mitigate the exposure risk. All products sold in the state of California are required clear and reasonable warning to consumers, including anything made with aluminum, rubber or plastic, even if they are deemed to have no observable effect level. Excel products do however comply with REACH laws and are distributed worldwide. Unless you are ingesting any of these products, it seems unlikely that you’ll face any real danger.
